Royalties HQ includes a self-service portal that gives your authors direct access to their royalty information, reducing support requests and building transparency.
How it works
The author portal provides each rights holder with a personalised dashboard, no password required. Authors log in via a secure, passwordless magic link sent to their email address.
From their dashboard, authors can view:
- Their titles and associated royalty data
- Royalty statements for each period
- Sales charts and trends
- Contracts and agreement details
- Advance balances and expense records
Managing access
You control who gets portal access and what they can see.
- Per-author or bulk access: enable the portal for individual rights holders or activate it across your entire catalogue
- Section visibility toggles: choose exactly which areas of the dashboard each author can access, so you only share what’s appropriate
