Exporting your data

Export rights holders, titles, contracts, sales files, royalty statements, and bills as CSV or PDF files.

Your data is yours. So, Royalties HQ makes it easy to export your rights holders, title formats, contracts, sales files, royalty statements, and bills.

Here is how to export your data for each data type.

Export rights holders

  1. In the main menu, click Rights Holders.
  2. Click the Import Rights Holders button.
  3. Click the Export All Rights Holders link.
  4. A CSV file will be downloaded to your device.

Export title formats

  1. In the main menu, click Titles.
  2. Click the Import Titles button.
  3. Click the Export All Titles link.
  4. A CSV file will be downloaded to your device.

Export contracts

  1. In the main menu, click Contracts import/export.
  2. Click the Export All Contracts link.
  3. A CSV file will be downloaded to your device.

Export sales files

Royalties HQ retains its own versions of the original sales files that you have uploaded. In the event you no longer have access to the original files, you can download the versions from Royalties HQ.

  1. In the main menu, click Uploaded Sales Files.
  2. Use the filters to find a file you wish to download.
  3. Click the filename of the file you wish to download.
  4. Click the Download button.
  5. Choose the format you wish to download the data in: Excel, CSV, or ODS.
  6. The file will be downloaded to your device.

Export royalty statements

PDF Royalty Statements can be exported from within each Royalty Run.

  1. In the main menu, click Royalty Runs.
  2. Click on the name of the Royalty Run for which you would like to export bills.
  3. Click on theStatements tab.
  4. Click the Download All Statements button.
  5. A zip file containing all PDF royalty statements in the current royalty run will be downloaded to your device.

Export bills

Bills can be exported from within each Royalty Run.

  1. In the main menu, click Royalty Runs.
  2. Click on the name of the Royalty Run for which you would like to export bills.
  3. Click on the Bills tab.
  4. Click the Download All Bills button.
  5. In the pop-up that appears, choose your options and click the Download button.
  6. A CSV will be downloaded to your device.
