Monthly Sales Reports

Generate and email monthly sales report PDFs to rights holders, with per-recipient tracking.

You can generate monthly sales report PDFs and email them directly to your rights holders.

Sending sales reports

  1. Go to Reports > Monthly Sales Reports.
  2. Click Send Sales Reports.
  3. Choose the month you want to report on.
  4. Royalties HQ generates a PDF sales report for each qualifying rights holder and emails it to them.

All rights holders with portal access receive a report, including those with no sales in the selected month. If the Author Portal is enabled, the email includes a link to the portal.

Tracking send status

After sending, you can view which rights holders have received their report. Each recipient is tracked with a status of pending, sent, or failed.

Sales data upload reminders

A reminder email is sent to your team on the 5th of each month to upload sales data for the previous month. Team members can opt in or out via the Notifications tab on their user profile.
