Sales channels

Royalties HQ natively imports sales files from twelve-plus distributors, so you can upload reports exactly as you download them, with no reformatting required.

Supported distributors #

Sales reports can be imported directly from:

• Lightning Source
• IngramSpark
• Amazon KDP
• Kobo
• ACX
• Google Play
• Apple Books
• Draft2Digital
• INaudio
• Pathway
• Bateman

For each distributor, simply download the sales report from their portal and upload it into Royalties HQ. The system recognises the file format automatically and maps the data to the correct fields.

Custom CSV import #

If you sell through e-commerce, wholesale, or any distributor not listed above, use the custom CSV import. Map your own column headings to Royalties HQ fields and import sales data from any source.

Duplicate detection #

Royalties HQ automatically flags duplicate sales records during import, preventing the same transactions from being counted twice, even if you accidentally upload the same file more than once.
