Your user profile
Manage your name, email address, and password from your user profile page.
You can manage your own name, email address and password on your profile page.
To access your profile
- On any page, click your user icon (top right, next to your name)
- In the drop-down menu, click ‘Your Profile’
- Make the changes you require and click ‘Save’
If you’ve lost your password, you can reset it on the login page by clicking the “Forgot your password” link. More details here.
Notification preferences
A reminder email is sent to your team on the 5th of each month to upload sales data for the previous month. You can opt in or out of these emails via the Notifications tab on your user profile.
